Please be advised that our firm offers private services only and does not undertake legal aid work.

 

We operate a fixed fee system and would be happy to discuss with you the case plan so that you know in advance what you will be paying for. There are no hidden additional charges and the figure quoted in your case plan is the final amount payable to us. In many cases we can save costs by arranging free initial assessment by phone or email.

 

We also offer a premium, same day service for submission of applications to the Home Office. Our solicitors can submit applications and get instant decisions thus saving you months of waiting time.
